Processing and Delivery Times ⏱️

Each item is chosen and made specifically for you. Your order follows a two-step process:

• Production: 2 to 5 business days (this timeframe may vary during peak periods).

• Shipping: Delivery within 10 business days.

However, your satisfaction is our priority: We optimize our processes to guarantee delivery within a maximum of 15 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

The final delivery time is the one calculated and displayed by the online platform after you place your order. Especially when you receive a tracking number, this date represents the maximum delivery time that is binding.

Deliveries to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) are not available. Orders are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday. Certain shipping methods or zones may vary depending on the product and supplier.

If you notice damage to your package upon receipt, contact us within a maximum of 3 days with photos and a precise description of the damage to file a claim.
