To place an order, simply:

1. Choose the product(s) you wish to purchase.

2. Click on "Add to cart".

3. Once you have selected your items, click on "proceed to payment".

4. Fill in your details and choose your payment method.

5. Confirm your order and you will then receive a confirmation email with all the details.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Simply click on "View your order" to see all the information.

Alternatively, you can click on "visit our website" and then click on "Track my order". Enter your order number and your phone number/email address.

Or you can even just enter your tracking number to find out the current status of your package.

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return request.
Here are the steps to follow:

1. When you placed your order, you received an email confirming the item.
2. Click on "View your order" in this email.
3. Next, click on "Request a return" and follow the instructions.

If you encounter any difficulties, contact us directly so that I can proceed with the return of the item.

Delivery times vary depending on the product, your destination, and our partner's production time. An estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page before you add the item to your cart. The exact delivery time for your order will be calculated and displayed after payment. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped.
