Refund policy

Withdrawal Period

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that returns must be sent according to the instructions provided in the return procedure.

 

⚠️ If you send back the package without contacting us beforehand and without having completed the online steps, it will not be accepted and will not result in any refund. ❌

 

Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel your order.

 

Before execution begins: the refund will be full (including product and shipping costs).

During execution or shipping: a partial refund will be issued, minus any potential rerouting costs. The package will not be delivered. However, if the consumer receives it anyway, they will have to return it to the return address indicated above according to the instructions provided.

 

(💡Good to know: if you wish to cancel your order, we recommend doing so as soon as possible, before it is handled by one of our partners.

Once processing or shipping has started, it becomes more complicated to stop the process as well as to obtain a full refund 🙂).

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Parcel Return or Loss

Parcel Returned due to an error on our part or by the Carrier:

In the event of an error on our part (shipping error), a defective product, or loss of the parcel by the carrier, we take full responsibility for the costs incurred.

You will benefit, at your choice, from a full refund (including the product and shipping costs) or a free reshipment of a new identical product.

 

Parcel returned due to a Consumer error:

If the parcel is returned to us for a reason attributable to the consumer (incorrect address, repeated absence during delivery, refusal of the parcel, etc.), we will contact you by email to inform you of the situation.

If you wish for your order to be reshipped, the new shipping costs must be paid by you before any shipment.

You have a period of 10 days to answer us. Without a response from you, a partial refund will be issued: only the price of the product will be refunded (shipping costs will not be refunded).

 

Additional information:

In the European Union, people who wish to withdraw or encounter a problem with the item must make the return.

 

Internationally, people who have a problem with the item are not obligated to return it, unless they exercise their right of withdrawal.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the item. We will also inform you whether your return is eligible for a refund.

If your request is eligible, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Processing time: We process refunds within a maximum of 14 days of being notified of your decision to withdraw (subject to receipt of your package or proof of shipment).

Bank processing times: Once the refund has been approved by our team, please note that it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank.
